The founders of uControl, Inc. have a combined 50 plus years of experience with Cisco Systems, NetSpeed, Motive, BroadJump and TippingPoint. And while with those companies, they developed products and services that automated installation and support processes for tier 1 service providers worldwide. Their previous solutions currently support over 40 million broadband customers. Not a bad track record. They also helped transform the cable modem and DSL industries from a model that required technician-based installation and phone support to one of primarily self-installation and self-support. Over the years, members of the uControl management team have delivered, managed and supported some several million alarm monitoring subscribers.
